I grew up celebrating Christmas on Christmas Eve, and that's still what we do, so Friday was our big day. Started out by making the big Christmas dinner (which we ate at lunchtime because it just worked out better). Did all of my 24 week check things this week and baby #3 appears to be baking nicely. I am gaining a little over a pound a week now, which has finally put me over pre-pregnancy weight. There's a blog I read regularly and really enjoy that recently posted a recipe for a vegetarian mexican dish. The recipe used a cheese substitute and mentioned that said substitute, while not vegan, was WAY better than regular cheese. I don't want to link to the blog because I really enjoy and agree with quite a bit of what this lady has to say and I don't want to link to the actual product
