You'll notice there are no wrinkles on the knuckle of his right middle finger. It's actually not too bad in this picture. Saw him at lunch and the next knuckle down (towards his hand) is swollen now too. There's also one (yes, ONE bite) on his leg that's about the size of a baseball now. Craziness.
